The Kerala collection – Cushion( july ‘09)

And now i present to you the kerala collection cushions! The photo’s aren’t great because, true to Kerala weather its been raining ( monsoons you see) so all in all its pretty dull outside…. So most of the snaps you see were taken indoors using a yellow light.

I’ve come to the conclusion that i love small cushions. they’re just so nice to hold and throw about. the big fellows tend to take up space, almost act like pillows but the smaller fellows are just right, fitting into all the right  nooks and cranny’s . Actually i like really small cushions or really really big ones !! like floor pillows !!! now theres a plan !

march 2009 – cushion madness !!!!

sorry for the really long break, for those of you who want to know…. i went to Goaaaa !!! decided i needed a holiday so went with my cousins and a common friend…. ah but this is not the place to talk about that… all i can say is i plan to be returning there pretty soon, the beach calls to meeee ! hee he

so on to my work, the moment i came back i got cracking at my cushions again, i was hoping the trip would be inspirational but all i came back with was a huge hole in my heart the size of lanka where the sea, sand and palolem was.

seem to be getting side tracked…. ill just show you what ive been up to….:)

Other than making sets of cushions like a mad woman, as you can clearly see above… i also got an order for four 18 inch cushions recently based on a previous design.
